When we feel low or worried about some physical aspect we start getting this health change in our system. I wont say it is a bad change, but it is a disturbing change that is asking our attention to personalize ourselves and start solving it. First step I would say which I started today July 1st 2023 is the below few points. I will keep on updating you on the result of these points. 1. Start writing down what your head is trying to tell you or what is the word or sentence or situation it is repeating. Not an easy task to do it takes time to settle. 2.
