Topic Health -Urinary tract infection - UTI

In everyone's life one or the other time we face problem of urinary tact infection ( UTI).

it's a common problem for women and men. I too faced the problem. I wasn't so observing this issue. But one day it made observe this. Suddenly one night I got severe lower abdominal pain near pelvic region . I was not able to hold tight the pelvic part. I was worried. My mind started thinking why this sudden pain. I went back in my memories.

Observation.

1. Past two three days I wasn't peeing properly , especially during night. 

2. I had sex and after that I was not Taking care of my hydration level.

3. I was feeling very thirsty during night after sex but I was not drinking required amount of liquid.

4. Not having hygiene sex.

These symptoms were shown in my body but I didn't observe it and the result suddenly one night I had sever pelvic pain.

Cure which helped me was I took some muscle pain tablet, gastric tablet and UTI liquid and lots and lots of liquids.

Keep yourselves always hydrated. After sex hygiene yourself, drink good amount of water before you sleep after sex. Make sure you pee when required don't hold for long time without peeing. This helped me overcome my UTI problem. Thought of sharing this. 

I am not a doctor just a patient who had problems with UTI and wanted share my personal experience.
