Sleeping problems . Some methods to overcome

 


Sleep plays major part in gaining immunity. Now a days the only word we here around is immunity. Immunity is not something which can be gained in one day. Natural immunity comes by birth and it updates itself through our lifestyle. Strong mind has strong immune system.

After corona conquered the universe major concern was whether our natural immune system can fight with corona the unknown , invisible. The major challenge when universe after 100 years experienced SARS COVID was whether our natural immunity will be able to fight. In the first wave somany people lost their lives because of their body not capable of fighting the virus and also because of other health issues.

In this whole scenario where does sleep comes. Nature made the body in such way that you need proper rest for your body in order to work properly. The body needs that much needed sleep where it repairs and upgrades it's immune system. People having difficulty in sleeping try these following steps which I personally used them to overcome my sleep difficulties .

1. Before sleep try to relax yourself. 

How this can be done? take time in understanding your brain activity. Like for example some people like to watch their favourite shows, some likes to read book. What I did was I started watching nature videos for sometime untill my thoughts are relaxed.



2. Once your thoughts are relaxed without any hesitation keeps your mobile aside. Better keep it as far as possible.

3. Chant some numbers slowly or just say OM word slowly by closing eyes.

4. If you don't like chanting play some beautiful music and close your eyes and start listening to the music.

5. Touch your body's most lovable part and hold it and start massaging it. Or curdle your partner if she is ok to sleep like this. Do it for sometime and close your eyes. This technique definitely works.



6. Give time to yourself don't force your sleep, slowly make your body get habituated to the time which you want to sleep. One step daily, your mind will start liking your ways and will help you to relax. One thing love whatever you do before you go to sleep.

7. Dont force your mind to sleep. 2 hrs of deep sleep also helps you a lot. An average of only 1.5 hrs of the sleep is deep for more than 80% of people. So don't worry even if you have 2 hrs of sleep your body will relax. By doing like this in somedays your mind will fell asleep at your prefered time 

Have beautiful life. Time is less don't overthink about anything because nothing is going to change. Love yourself , give time to yourself and allow your mind to relax. Have a great sleep.
