HI,
My friend who left mtelling that he was not able concentrate, get work or gain money, got a job and was slowly getting settled. On the other hand I was struggling to settle down as I didn't had a penny in my purse. My friend though he throwed me in survival, is a good guy, he helped me with money whenever I was in need. The debt I had to pay him was increasing and I started making debts outside as well for my living.
One day my friend called me and said he is quitting the job and want to do business. Then again he started asking me to come to his place and do business with him. I was like what ,I didn't understand, you left me here on my own and now you again want me to come and do a partnership with you. I was like why is he doing this. Then regular talking he used to tell me his love story with a married girl who is very close friend to him. My friend is also married. He used to get influenced by her in every aspect of life. In talking he revealed me that because of her only he left the business with me and went to new place for job and because of some disturbances with her now he wants me to come there and work with him. I was like OMG , you spoiled my career my life because of a woman and now you are telling me this. As friend when he was leaving I thought he was struggling and left me but when I heard the above story I was very sad and I couldn't digest the words. Now I am in struggling face and he again wants me to come and join him, what if he again leaves and goes to some other place where that woman tells him ? I have a family and I have two children whom I should take care. What will happen to them if I fail again. Do you think I have to trust him again and go to his place?
These incidents shattered me and started creating mental health problems for me. I started meditation , one day I feel good and one day I feel low. I started following below solutions for now and it seems they are working.
1. Note down whatever your head is trying to tell you.
2. If you imagine some future things which didn't happen and your head is repeating note down.
3. Note down at what place and time you are feeling that concern.
4. Don't think it is bad , but think that your mind or head is telling you something and you have to listen it.
5. Note down your all fears, all day activity.
6. Once you identify your problem start giving remedies to each problem.
I will give you a example.
1. Whenever I go to washroom or toilet or bathroom where I sit idle for some time my brain started creating negative stories as it didn't have any good stuff to build. It always thinks of future in negative way with repeated words. It always go to back in life and rethinks that scenario and creates negative environment.
solution I am trying:
Before going to bathroom write down what you are thinking and note down what you have to do inside bathroom like you tell your brain that you have to read something or try create a new story on your favorite things. Learn new things in that time. If you are reading a book make sure you read everyday when you go to bathroom. This way you give your brain good food instead of bad food(which is created by brain itself).
After coming from bathroom note down what happened inside , how you have behaved . Try this technique it is really helping me I hope it will help you as well.
